The value for money at this hotel is impressive. The price for the quality of the apartment is very cheap, making it a great option for a short break. The hotel's attention to detail is evident in the large and well-equipped rooms. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area within walking distance to the main surfers paradise beach and shops.

Too much stairs and there is no lift. We stayed at the 3rd floor and was very uncomfortable to manage the luggage. Upper rooms should cost less than lower rooms.

The appartment was spacious, and in a great location. For the basic traveller who is on a buget, it is great. Nice swimming pool and good secure parking.

The appartment needs a spring clean and a fresh coat of paint. Oven was falling apart, and I washed the floor because it was sticky under foot. Overall it needs an update but the basic amenities were all there. It stated there was a hair dryer in the apartment so I did not bring one, there wasn't one, and reception is only open for half days on the weekend.

This hotel provided great value for money with spacious 2-bedroom apartments and excellent facilities. The pool and spa were a highlight, offering a relaxing experience. Additionally, its central location in a quiet area allowed for easy access to all that Surfers has to offer.

Located in the heart of the bustling area, this lodging provides close proximity to the hot spots and city attractions. Only a walking distance away, plenty of restaurants and shops are available, accommodating anyone's needs. The room and bathroom are spacious with good amenities. The pool area is clean and pleasant, perfect for relaxation with the family.

The housekeeping could have been better, as there was visible dust in the room upon check-in.

I liked how close it was to the city and it was very convenient.

I didn't like that I stayed on the 3rd floor it wasn't ideal for people with suit cases. I didn't like that the our section of apartments always smelt it was horrible. Mostly i hated that we are away on holidays and every morning at 7am we were woken up to the sound of broken glasses from the Garbo.

We loved our stay in this hotel. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The hotel facilities were amazing, the pool and spa were well-maintained, and the apartment was clean and spacious. They also provided us with secure parking which was very convenient. Additionally, the staff was helpful and welcoming, making our stay even better. This hotel's location is perfect, it’s near the heart of the city but far enough back from the main party area, which made our stay peaceful and comfortable.

The location was excellent! Bus at the end of the road, 7 minute walk to the supermarket. No street noise at all and the owners are lovely and helpful. Will be staying here again if we return to the Gold Coast.

Just returned from my holiday in Australia,and spent 3 nights on Gold Coast at this Apartment (2 bed room),while we arrived,we didnt know the reception had an office hour untill 5.00PM (we arrived at 07.30 PM) fortunately we met a guest and she help us to call a late arrival phone and thankfully we got the room key.The location is very good,short walk to Cavill Ave,very near to the Cypress Ave Bus stops,so we can get the bus to the Sea world,or Movieworld/Dreamworld easily,the facilities are great,we can cook,Foxtel pay television really gave us much choices of channel,Convenient Surroundings,really had a very great time here,the Staff at the office Desk really kind and nice,Luckily i got the rate under 100AUD /Night,definitely stay here again if we're back and the rate is same :D

Great location, quiet street, spacious apartment, easy check-in, secure parking.

Love the location. It's very near Surfers' Paradise. It is also quiet. Also love the equipment (washing machine, dryer, everything needed to cook a full meal, ironing board etc), although it should be noted that there is no hair dryer. There is a very spacious underground garage which is quite secure.

On our first night there, we saw a cockroach nymph, although to be fair, we didn't see another one after that. The rooms probably went through a fresh coat of paint recently because the smell of paint was very strong and at times quite unbearable. Over time, this will no longer be an issue, of course. Pillows were not comfortable at all and for the entire duration of our stay (6 days), we woke up with stiff necks.
